  • Quarterly land-based teachings and healing circles led by Elders
  • Public outreach sessions
  • Cultural retreats highlighting the historic role of 2SLGBTQQIA+ peoples in Indigenous culture and addressing current issues

Provides a confidential peer-support phone line for anyone impacted by a loved one in active substance use or by a substance-use-related death. Situations supported include:

  • Mental health challenges related to a loved one's substance use
  • Concerns about a loved one's substance use and its impacts
  • Grief and loss related to a loved one's overdose
  • Wanting to talk to someone about a loved one's substance use or a substance-use-related death
  • Connection to a broader peer-support network

Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Evidence-based interventions are offered to help individuals manage ADHD symptoms and improve daily functioning. Includes:

  • Comprehensive ADHD assessments
  • Diagnosis and treatment planning tailored to individual needs
  • Medication management in collaboration with health care providers
  • Psychosocial support and therapy for individuals and families
  • Education and resources on ADHD, and strategies for self-management

Note: Clients are required to provide at least one source of childhood collateral predating age 12 upon being contacted for their appointment.

Self-directed four month program that helps caregivers learn to deal with common childhood behaviour problems such as temper outbursts, not listening, verbal and physical aggression, and difficulties paying attention. Includes:
  • A handbook and DVD and/or website access
  • Behaviour chart

  • Weekly 45 minute phone sessions with either one-on-one coaching or group-based with other parents/caregivers dealing with similar challenges
