Provides self-led learning sessions with supportive coaching to learn skills to manage low mood, worry and stress. Participants use a series of self-selected workbooks and are supported by a trained coach over the phone.

Provides a free 8-week course to educate, support, and equip individuals who have a loved one living with a mental health concern. Course includes

  • Exploring treatment and community resources
  • Learn and practice self-care, boundaries, communication, and de-escalation

Provides a recovery-oriented approach to help homeless individuals quickly find permanent affordable and independent housing in the community. Also offers additional supports and services to help individuals move toward self-sufficiency and assist those who are at imminent risk of homelessness.

  • Mental Health First Aid: Aims to help individuals manage potential or developing mental health problems
  • safeTALK: Suicide alertness training
