Non-credit courses for older adults, offered in winter, spring, and fall. Courses last one to eight weeks, are two to three hours in length and there are no exams or papers to write. An annual membership fee allows unlimited course attendance over three consecutive semesters. Categories include:

Provides an online directory of private training schools that have registered with the provincial government to operate in Epekwitk / PEI.
Assists fishers affected by the recent oyster disease by providing funding to cover tuition and basic living expenses while they participate in programs that help them transition to long-term, sustainable employment.

- ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
- LivingWorks "Start": 90-minute online training program to learn how to recognize when someone is having thoughts of suicide and to take meaningful action to keep them safe
- Mental Health First Aid: Aims to help individuals manage potential or developing mental health problems
