Offeres free courses, webinars, workshops, supports, and events for individuals to learn about mental health and connect with others, share experiences. Course topics are varied and might include:

Non-credit courses for older adults, offered in winter, spring, and fall. Courses last one to eight weeks, are two to three hours in length and there are no exams or papers to write. An annual membership fee allows unlimited course attendance over three consecutive semesters. Categories include:

Teaches Therapeutic Touch, a holistic practice that incorporates the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to promote balance and well-being in self sessions and in others including pets. Includes:
  • History and science of therapeutic touch
  • Centering and grounding
  • Assessment
  • Clearing the human energy field
The course is 14 hours and taught online or in-person. Locations vary across PEI.

  • Mental Health First Aid: Aims to help individuals manage potential or developing mental health problems
