Wellness, Connect and Care PEI Provided by: Alzheimer Society of PEI

Provides walking groups and social activities to promote wellness, social connection and health education for older adults. Groups are dementia friendly and can be attended by individuals living with dementia and their family members. The walking groups are led by volunteers and held in Charlottetown, O'Leary, Summerside, and Montague.

Still Visible Provided by: Women's Network PEI

Provides an in-person peer support group for female identifying older adults to build connections to reduce social isolation during the fall and winter. Meeting topics include exploring gender, leadership, shared experience, and aging. The meetings are held twice a month in Charlottetown.
