Member organizations and the Federation deliver programs and distribute information to Island seniors.

Driving course designed to help participants maintain their independence and their driving privileges. Course covers a wide variety of materials and show participants how to adjust their skills to compensate for physical changes that may occur with aging.

Course is six hours over two days and is in a classroom setting using PowerPoint presentations, student workbooks, and group discussions guided by a seasoned instructor. Locations across PEI.

Volunteers provide friendship and companionship by spending an hour a week with seniors who are at risk of becoming socially isolated. Participants and volunteers are matched by shared interests.

The Federation's member seniors clubs offer a range of programming for seniors that allow them to be active and social. Activities vary with each club. Details can be found by calling the Federation or in the monthly publication, The Voice for Island Seniors (The Voice).
