Injured workers or survivors who are not satisfied with the outcome of a WCB claim can submit a Request for Internal Reconsideration. The WCB will then reassess the claim.

Survivor Benefits Provided by: Workers Compensation Board - AKA: WCB
Provides financial benefits to eligible dependents of workers who died as a result of a workplace injury.

Injured workers or employers who are not satisfied with a decision made by the Workers Compensation Board can ask for their appeal to be heard by the Workers Compensation Board Appeal Tribunal.
