Description:
Provides eligible injured workers with various benefits to help them during their recovery. Types of benefits injured workers may be entitled to include:
Medical aid to cover treatment costs
Wage loss compensation
Medical expense reimbursement for medications and more
An impairment assessment
Survivor benefits
Eligibility:
People who have been injured on the job * Claims must be submitted with 6 months of the date the accident occurred
Fees:
No fees
How to Access:
File a claim online, by email, or by mail (forms available online) * Report the injury to your employer and seek medical attention immediately (Inform your healthcare provider that the injury is work-related) * Submit your signed Worker's Report within 6 months of the incident
Note: Send the original form directly to WCB

Completed Worker's Report - Form 6 * Completed Physician's Report - Form 8 * Completed Employer's Report - Form 7
