Products specifications

Description:	Provides free insulation to eligible applicants. Access PEI connects homeowners with contractors who will install the insulation. Application availability may vary. Eligibility:	Individuals with a family income below $55,000 and a home assessed for taxes at less than $300,000 * It must be your principle residence
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Complete online application or call Access PEI to book an appointment to help with the application
Documents Required:	Proof of income from July GST Credit Notice (both pages) * Proof of tax assessed property value
