Provides an 8-week virtual grief group for children and youth ages 7-18 years, facilitated by a registered social worker, a pediatric advanced care team and a certified music therapist. Sessions include:

  • Songwriting
  • Mindfulness activities
  • Group discussion

Note: Concurrent support is provided by phone/video to the parents/caregivers of the children and youth (pre-scheduled, not at the same time as the group).
