• Pick up/drop off Vital Statistics forms
• Marriage license appointments (not available at Montague location)

• Register for the Provincial Patient Registry for residents without a primary health care provider
• Sign up for the Unaffiliated Virtual Care program via the Maple platform
• Tax services
• Covid-19 immunization record
• Book a private space to access Maple/Virtual care at Access PEI Cornwall location online
• Recreational permits (Fishing licenses, snowmobile permits, hunting license and more)

Some Access PEI services are now available online through Contact PEI. Includes driver's licence renewals, motor vehicle registrations renewals, and address changes.

Note: As of November 1, 2024, retired volunteer firefighters with at least 15 years of service will receive free registration and license plates for two vehicles and free driver's license renewal.

Issues Canadian passports and other types of travel documents. These include:

Receiving agents can only accept regular passport applications and simplified renewal passport applications. All other types of travel documents must be issued from a Passport Canada office. See website for locations.

Assists Indigenous individuals to apply for, renew, or replace their Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) in partnership with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). Supports include:

• Assistance with completing and submitting applications
• Assistancewith certifying the required documentations, identification, and the photographs
• Assistance with eliminating the need for a guarantor

Online service that provides free legal information, form-filling services, and referrals in a trans-positive and inclusive space.

Law students and lawyer volunteers assist trans and gender diverse individuals with obtaining new pieces of identification. Includes:

• Birth certificate
• Passport
• Driver's licence
• Medicare card
• SIN number
• Newcomer documents
• Student ID (name only)
