Provides a free traveler information service for the public to access by phone, mobile device or computer. Allows users to see current road and weather conditions through maps and highway cameras. Users can also sign up for email or text alerts by creating a free account.

Provides a service for Islanders to report road conditions or traffic problems.

Types of issues related to provincial roads that can be reported include:
  • Road signs knocked over
  • Blocked roads (i.e. tree or power line)
  • Pot holes or excessive pavement break-up
  • Traffic lights not working or knocked over
  • Shoulder or bridge washouts
  • Missing or damaged guardrails
  • Roads not plowed or sanded
  • Problems with the Confederation Trail
  • Other problems, please specify when reporting

A one-stop location that offers information and services provided by the provincial government including, but not limited to:

  • Getting a driver's license or voluntary identification card
  • Motor vehicle registration
  • Pick up/drop off Vital Statistics forms
  • Marriage license appointments (not available at Montague location)
  • Submit health card application
  • Register for the Provincial Patient Registry for residents without a primary health care provider
  • Sign up for the Unaffiliated Virtual Care program via the Maple platform
  • Tax services
  • Covid-19 immunization record
  • Book a private space to access Maple/Virtual care at Access PEI Cornwall location online
  • Recreational permits (Fishing licenses, snowmobile permits, hunting license and more)

Some Access PEI services are now available online through Contact PEI. Includes driver's licence renewals, motor vehicle registrations renewals, and address changes.

Note: As of November 1, 2024, retired volunteer firefighters with at least 15 years of service will receive free registration and license plates for two vehicles and free driver's license renewal.
