Group homes and small option homes for individuals who may require personal care and supports with skills development and daily activities. Located across Queens County, small options homes have up to three residents and group homes have four to six residents. The homes offer:

Provides an online directory of licensed community care and private nursing facilities in PEI.

Such facilities provide supportive care services and nursing care services under the authority of the Community Care Facilities and Nursing Homes Board in accordance with the Community Care Facilities and Nursing Homes Act, Regulations and Standards.

Opportunities for individuals, families and/or couples to open their home to an adult with an intellectual disability to live together in a warm, home-like family atmosphere while enhancing community involvement and inclusion.

Compensation is established through the province's Financial Assistance Program and the AccessAbility Supports Program according to their eligibility and rates.

The organization monitors the individuals placed with Associate Families through follow-up visits, outreach and support.
