Belly Talk

Provides a two week program for expecting parents that addresses topics such as:

Breastfeeding
Skin-to-skin
Fetal development
Postpartum care
Cloth diapering
Car seat safety
Other topics

Breast Pump Loans

Mothers who are breastfeeding can borrow hospital grade breast pumps for three weeks at a time. There is no charge for the loan but attachments must be purchased.

Car Seat Help

Staff are trained Child Passenger Safety Technicians certified through I.W.K Child Safety Link to install car seats, inform and educate on car seat safety

Drop-in Play

Parents/guardians can drop in with their children to play and socialize. Activities include:

Free play
Crafts
Snacks
Outings and events
Guest presenters
Circle time for stories and songs

Family Programs

Provides a variety of classes, including:

Mommy and Me Book Club
Family Friendly Meals (take home information, tips, ingredients, and recipes for healthy and quick meals)
Music and craft programs
Self-esteem program for kids
Programs to promote physical activity and healthy nutrition choices
Programs for moms and their young children to socialize with others
Cooking for young kids and their parents/guardians

Home Support Service

Support for new and expecting mothers/guardians on a casual or long-term basis through a listening ear and referrals to professional services if desired.

Matched and Latched

Matches new mothers with another mom as a peer helper to be a support by calls, texts, emails, and hospital visits.

New Parent Bags

A bag filled with information and samples of products for parent and baby.
