Provides free flu vaccinations at the following locations each year:

  • Public Health Nursing Community flu and RSV vaccinations clinics at various locations across PEI starting mid October to early December each year. To schedule an appointment, visit Skip the Waiting Room
  • At your family physician or nurse practitioners office or your local pharmacy

Provides safe and effective vaccines to Island children to help protect them against specific communicable diseases. Immunizations can be provided during scheduled visits to schools or by appointment.

Note: Costs for some services provided by private audiologists are covered once every 2 years for Islanders age 4 years and older(referral required).

Provides immunization services and information for adults. Information can be found on website about how often or under what circumstances adults need to receive specific vaccinations. Public Health Nursing can also provide you with a record of all vaccines you have received in Epekwitk / PEI (if available) free of charge.
Note: Free seasonal flu clinics are also offered by Public Health every fall and winter
