Eligibility:	Ages 17 years and younger or until the child completes high school
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Vaccinations can be provided through scheduled school visits OR you can make an appointment with your local Public Health Nursing Office
Documents Required:	PEI Health Card * Schools and/or Public Health may require consent forms for in-school vaccination clinics
