Types of issues related to provincial roads that can be reported include:
  • Road signs knocked over
  • Blocked roads (i.e. tree or power line)
  • Pot holes or excessive pavement break-up
  • Traffic lights not working or knocked over
  • Shoulder or bridge washouts
  • Missing or damaged guardrails
  • Roads not plowed or sanded
  • Problems with the Confederation Trail

The index establishes the risk of forest or brush fires and if there are any burn restrictions based on the current weather and other environmental factors.

The index is updated daily at 2pm during fire season in Epekwitk / PEI, March 15th to November 15th.
