  • Service navigation
  • Support for those living with HIV and/or Hep C
  • Help and support to get tested for HIV, Hep C and all other sexually transmitted infections

Offers access to low-barrier HIV testing options in partnership with REACH Nexus. To participate in the project and receive a test kit, individuals must download the "I'm Ready" mobile app. Test kits can be delivered or picked up at the Charlottetown office location.

Provides non-medical support to anyone needing an abortion. Includes:

  • Navigating the medical system
  • Connecting with a doula who can accompany them to appointments
  • Transportation to and/or from the appointment
  • Finding a place to stay overnight if travel to Halifax or Moncton is required
  • After-care support, including a comfort package with a homemade rice heating pad, snacks (granola bars, fruit, tea), and a gift card to a local pharmacy
  • Connecting with additional services

Provides peer support by connecting a participant with a volunteer peer, offering non-judgmental emotional and social support. This service is available regardless of the type of abortion or when it occurred.
