BIPOC Community Navigators Provided by: BIPOC USHR - AKA: Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour United for Strength, Home, Relationship

Provides outreach, advocacy and follow-up services that address the social and emotional needs of BIPOC individuals on PEI. This is provided through:

Assessment of needs
Support
Connecting to resources
Advocacy
System navigation
Assistance with filling out forms
Accompaniment to meetings
Other needs as they arise
Identification of system gaps and engaging the community to fill those gaps
