Program activities include:
Provides in-person and online social event for individuals with sight loss, their family and friends. In-person gatherings are hosted in Charlottetown, Summerside and Montague. Meeting location and time vary. In-person activities may include:
Provides a virtual meeting to connect with peers in Epekwitk / PEI.
Provides weekly hour-long walking groups in Charlottetown and Montague. Walks are followed by a cup of tea and treat.
Provides a 10-week seated fitness program to improve the emotional well being and physical fitness for people with mobility disorders and neuromuscular disorder. The program is offered in Charlottetown, Summerside, Montague and Tyne Valley.
An Online breathing program is available upon registration.
