Programs to support individuals through family law matters, including divorce forms, parenting plan mediation, child support, legal navigation, enforcement services, and child advocacy. For support programs offered to families going through divorce, see Parenting Supports
- Protecting the legal and financial interests of children under age 18 years
- Establishing and maintaining an infant Trust
- Protecting the legal, financial and personal and health care interests of vulnerable adults who require assistance in decision-making
- Acting as an independent interest for minors or persons with disabilities on insurance settlements or in court matters with financial implications to the person
- Administer the estates of missing or deceased persons
- Supervised parenting time so a child can spend time with their parent in a safe environment
- Supervised drop-offs and pick-ups to reduce risks of conflict when children move from one household to another
Hardcopy kit that contains forms for creating and cancelling power of attorney in Epekwitk / PEI.
Hears cases where the defendant is between ages 12-18 years and is alleged to have committed a criminal offence(s).
