A peer support mentor team provides guidance and support through the rehabilitation process for individuals with spinal cord injuries and their families.

Available in person, by phone, or online.

Helps connect families with support workers able to provide home support on either a volunteer or fee-for-service basis. Families and support workers are added to a registry database which can be searched to find possible family/worker matches. The types of services offered by support workers may include:

• Respite care
• Helping client access supports in the community
• General support to families

Enables people who are have hearing and speech impairments to communicate with 9-1-1 operators in an emergency. Users must be registered to use the service.

Provides therapeutic riding lessons for individuals who have an intellectual or physical disability. Offers a series of weekly riding lessons in the spring and fall and a series of weekly introductory lessons in the summer.

At times there may be a waitlist.
