Provides support and advocacy for people with intellectual disabilities in the community. Direct services include:
  • Personal advocacy for people with intellectual disabilities and their families
  • Offers emotional support for families
  • Connects families with government services, community organizations and schools
  • Helps families prepare for meetings with outside agencies
  • Maintains registry of workers who offer home support

Provides six free online therapy sessions for adults with Intellectual Disability and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder experiencing mental health concerns and/or in need of behavior support.

This program is in partnership with and delivered by Your Life Design.

Individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism who are looking for work can apply to find jobs with partner employers.

The program also links employers with employment agencies and supports and works to increase employment of persons with an intellectual disability/autism spectrum disorder (ID/ASD).

Helps connect families with support workers able to provide home support on either a volunteer or fee-for-service basis. Families and support workers are added to a registry database which can be searched to find possible family/worker matches. The types of services offered by support workers may include:
  • Respite care
  • Helping client access supports in the community
  • General support to families
