How to Access:Email or drop off a completed appeal form available online* Tenants who wish to dispute a Notice of Termination by Lessor of Rental Agreement Form 4 (for example: an eviction notice) must contact the Office of the Director of Residential Property within 10 days of receiving the eviction notice from their landlord
