Parking permits that allow permit holders to park in specially designated parking spots that are closer to building entrances.

Individuals who are unable to walk more than 75 metres without serious difficulty or danger to their safety or health

Complete a permit application which includes a medical certificate form which must be authorized by a doctor or nurse practitioner
