Provides a free access to the TD Summer Reading Club web portal that provides free online reading materials that are focused on Canadian authors, illustrators and stories to inspire children to explore the fun of reading. Web access code to the portal is available along with a notebook, stickers, and a postcard for pickup at any of the 25 PEI libraries until August 31.

Provides intermediate and high schools students in leadership classes the opportunity to spend one hour per week with a younger child at a nearby school.

Staff screen and train volunteers, provide materials, and assist the school in monitoring matches which have been suggested by teachers or school counselors.
