Provides funding to individuals living with Cerebral Palsy who are seeking financial support related to social inclusion and equitable such as disability-related travel, equipment / technology, and programming. The application opens in Spring and Fall. The funding is up to $500 per individual.
Provides mentorship for individuals living with Cerebral Palsy and their family by connecting with others in the Cerebral Palsy community across Epekwitk / PEI.
