Provincial Stroke Navigator Provided by: Health PEI
Provides stroke survivors and caregivers support in getting the help they need from health care professionals and community resources. Includes:
- Connecting you with health care professionals who can provide supports
- Helping you find and access community resources
- Providing your with access to informative booklets, websites and support groups
- Answering questions about the stroke recovery process

Provides occupational therapy services for children to help them with motor and sensory skills, where there is a concern the child is not meeting developmental milestones. Occupational therapy can help children in the areas of:
- Self care: Toileting, dressing, bathing, feeding self, eating, as well as following the home routine and completing simple chores
- Play skills: Playing with a variety of toys and different textures/materials(ex: taking turns and copying actions)
- Preschool readiness: Drawing, colouring, using scissors, building with blocks or puzzles
- Exploring environment: Moving around environment safely ( ex: participating on playground equipment)
- Sensory input: Tolerating different sounds, smells, tastes, or textures
Note: School based occupational therapy for school-aged children is also available, but referrals must come from the school and there is no self-referral process.

Staff provide information and support clients living with sexually transmitted infections in identifying and accessing available services and programs in PEI to help meet their needs. Includes:
- Service navigation
- Support for those living with HIV and/or Hep C
- Help and support to get tested for HIV, Hep C and all other sexually transmitted infections
- Support to those who are newly diagnosed including information about treatment options

Smokers' Helpline Provided by: Canadian Cancer Society
Provides a free confidential phone and texting service offering support and information to people who want to quit smoking. Also includes a website where people can access information and tools to help them quit.

Provides free therapy sessions for professional arts and culture workers in Epekwitk / PEI. Free sessions up to six hours within a three month period per person. Once all sessions are used, applicants are eligible to apply for additional sessions if available. The professional disciplines include:
