MyHealthPEI is available through MyPEI, and requires a MyPEI account for access.

• Property Tax record
• Access to MyHealthPEI that provides features include:
  • Immunization history
  • Recent lab results (from tests taken mid-May 2025 onward)
  • Self-entry tools for tracking personal health data including weight, height, insulin levels, blood glucose, blood pressure, allergies, family history, medical procedures, dietary intake.
  • A library of educational health resources and links to various health services.

Residents can still access their health information in person or over the phone.
