Participants attend one session per week over a 6 to 7 week period and learn skills to manage patterns of chronic stress and distress. The program:

Eligibility:
Applicants must be age 18 years or older and:
-Be experiencing chronic stress, overwhelming emotions and anxiety
-Want to make changes in their life
-Be prepared to attend all group sessions
-Be willing to work on material at home
-Keep information about other program participants confidential
