    Products specifications
    Eligibility:Adults ages 18 years and older must:
    -Be ready to make positive changes in their lives and learn how to manage depression
    -Be prepared to attend all group sessions
    -Be willing to work on material at home
    -Keep information about others in the program confidential

    How to Access:Call your local Community Mental Health/Community Mental Health and Addictions office or have your health care provider refer you
