Customers can request electricity be connected or disconnected, notify the company of street lights in need of repair or a new installation, or speak with customer service about their bill payments.

Downed power lines or safety issues with power lines can be reported to Maritime Electric for all areas of Epekwitk / PEI except Summerside.
Stay at least 30 meters from a downed power line and always assume a downed power line is live and energized. If there are any objects contacting the downed power line, assume those are energized and dangerous as well.
