Description:	Free English tutoring service is provided in partnership with the public library service across Epekwitk / PEI. Volunteers help adult newcomers practice English. School-aged children have access to EAL tutoring within the school system.
Eligibility:	Must be a registered client of IRSA
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Individuals who are not registered clients can book an appointment with an Intake Worker to become clients for free * Existing clients can drop-in, call or contact through website to make an appointment
