Provides a virtual Indigenous wellness program designed to equip youth with essential tools, skills, and resources to enhance their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. The program is accessible via phone or video call and can be tailored to meet individual or community-specific needs. Includes:

  • A pre-session video featuring a trusted Indigenous influencer
  • A virtual conversation led by a Kids Help Phone Indigenous Wellness Specialist
  • A package with a step-by-step booklet, activities, resource materials, and promotional gifts

Note: The conversation session is not a counselling session, but support is available 24/7 through Kids Help Phone.

Confidential crisis support text and online messaging service that connects individuals with volunteer crisis responders for support about any topic.

First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people can connect with an Indigenous volunteer crisis responder. African, Caribbean and Black youth can connect with volunteer crisis responders through the RiseUp program that was built in collaboration with Black community partners and people from across the Afro-diaspora.

No data plan, internet, or app is required to text. Online messaging can be accessed on a desktop or mobile device.
