Eligibility:	Applicants must: -Have reached age 18 years within the calendar year of registering as an apprentice (excluding individuals registered as a youth apprentice or requesting entry as a mature student) -Have a high school completion certificate or equivalent such as a GED -Be working at a designated skilled trade with a suitable employer
