Eligibility:
Open to individuals who think their human rights have been violated within Epekwitk / PEI * A complaint must be made within one year after the alleged discrimination occurred

Submit completed complaint form by mail or in person

Completed form * Any documents the complainant feels are relevant to their case (employment records, medical records, etc.)
