Peer and professional support groups and one-on-one supports are available for specific health conditions and lived experiences such as grief, blindness, and deafness.

Provides peer support and short-term counselling for individuals who are affected by pancreatic cancer.

One-on-one peer support: Provides trained volunteer-run online one-on-one peer support via phone or video call, offering emotional support and other resources.

Short-term online counselling: Provides short-term online counselling with a professional counsellor to help navigate the mental toll of one's medical journey.

In addition to one-on-one peer support, a monthly support group is provided as an opportunity to meet with others to form a community based on their shared experiences and unique challenges.

Both programs are offered in partnership with Wellspring.
