All drones or Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) weighing 250 grams or more must be registered. Drones under 250 grams do not require registration unless attachments increase their weight to 250 grams or more.

Vessels used for personal, recreation, or daily living require a Pleasure Craft Licence, which is a document with a unique licence number that is to be attached to the boat. The number serves as identification for the vessel and allows search and rescue personnel to access important information in an emergency.

Licences must be renewed every 10 years.
