Free frozen reheatable meals for school aged children of families facing food insecurity are available to be delivered directly to homes/day programs/workplaces across Epekwitk / PEI.

Five Meals are delivered to provided address per week from July 2-August 27, 2025. Registration runs May 27-August 27, 2025.

Note: Once registered, meals will be continuously delivered (no pick-up options) and no need to re-register each week. Meals will not be left unattended and an individual is required to be present at the address to receive the meals.

A fridge and/or pantry filled with free food and personal hygiene products.

Items vary by location and the availability depends on donations but may include:
  • Fresh produce
  • Cooked meats
  • Dry and canned goods
  • Cheese
  • Bread
  • Cooked meals
  • Non-alcoholic drinks
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Diapers, baby wipes, baby formula
  • Laundry detergent
