Eligibility:	-Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident -A protected individual within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act -Individuals who are unemployed, underemployed or self-employed and lack the necessary skills to secure sustainable employment -Other criteria may apply
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Visit an Employment Assistance Service location to meet a case manager to apply * Seewebsite for the locations
Documents Required:	No documents required to meet a case manager
