Eligibility:PEI residents who are unemployed, underemployed or self-employed and lack the necessary skills to secure sustainable employment and who are:

-Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen or permanent resident)
-A protected person within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
-Other criteria may apply
