Eligibility:	Individuals who have borrowed from the PEI Student Loan Program and who have graduated from a post-secondary institution in the last three years * Must be a PEI resident (living in PEI for a minimum of six months before the application date)
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Complete the PEI Debt Reduction Grant Application (available online)
Documents Required:	-Completed application form Copy of degree, diploma or certificate -Loan statement balance from Edulinx -Completed Declaration of PEI Residency Document
