Provides financial support to complete a General Educational Development (GED) or Academic Upgrading courses. Bridging programs, Literacy/Numeracy and English/French as a Second Language may also be supported. Full tuition is paid up to $9000. Travel and childcare are also available for eligible applicants.

-Be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident
-Be Individuals who are unemployed and seeking an employment
-Be out of high school for at least one year
-Have an active claim for Employment Insurance (EI)
