Receives and responds to compliments and complaints from users of PEI's health care system. Submissions can be made online, by phone, or by mail.
Anyone with concerns about the conduct of an RCMP police officer, civilian member or a supernumerary special constable can make a complaint.
No direct involvement in the incident is necessary, complaints can be made on behalf of someone else, or as a witness to an incident.
The RCMP member must have been performing their duties at the time of the conduct concern.
