Development Permits

Issues permits for any property development within the Municipality. Includes:

New building or structure
Moving a building
Addition to existing structure
Repairs or remodels
Demolitions
Zoning
Signs

Issues dog licences as all dogs in the Municipality must be registered.

Residential Construction Incentive

Provides a tax incentive/refund for new residential home constructions and commercial developments.

Sports and Recreation

Provides year round sport and recreation programs for all levels. Facilities include the Gateway Arena and local parks.

Water and Sewer Utilities

Provides water and sewage services for properties within the Municipality and administers payments.
