Offers culturally appropriate support for Black youth, families, and schools to prevent social, emotional, and psychological issues, as well as violence and crime. Utilizes professional assessments, interventions, and educational activities to address these challenges effectively.

  • Youth and Family Assessments: Professional intake and assessment to identify issues and develop a support plan.
  • Stay in School Initiatives: Builds relationships between schools, families, and communities to help youth succeed in school.
  • Parent and Family Support: Assists families in understanding and addressing challenges.
  • Community Development Conversations: Encourages dialogue and community involvement on various wellbeing topics.
  • Systems Navigation Assistance: Facilitates access to health and related services, focusing on early support and overcoming access barriers.

Services are available in French and other languages upon request.
