Offering skill development, educational programs, employment programs, medical support, access to mental health and addictions treatment programs, as well as crisis stabilization. Serving individuals ages 18 years and older.

Helps young adults prepare to build employability skills so they can find new or higher paying work. Participants will:
  • Attend 12 weeks of in-class and experience/activity based learning
  • Learn how to set and achieve positive life and work goals
  • Develop individual plans of action to help them reach their goals
  • Identify their strengths and skills and build upon those
  • Become more confident and self-sufficient

Supports work ready individuals who are unemployed or underemployed to transition into the workforce, specifically into sectors that are experiencing labour shortages. May include:
  • 10-week skills development component
  • Access to a job coach who will help identify barriers to employment and figure out what resources are required to overcome those
  • Help navigating the transition to employment
Held in Charlottetown and Montague.
