Eligibility:	Open to registered IRSA clients who do not yet have Canadian citizenship including: -Individuals with a Permanent Resident Card (AKA Maple Leaf Card) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence -Government Assisted Refugees after their first year under the federal Resettlement Assistance Program has ended -Immigrants who have been allowed to stay in Canada because the federal government intends to grant them Permanent Resident status -Non-immigrant foreign domestic workers in Canada -Temporary visa holders (work and student permits, visitor visas) -Other immigrants who have not yet received citizenship may be eligible

How to Access:	Individuals who are not registered clients can book an appointment with an Intake Worker to become clients for free * Existing clients can drop in, call or contact through website to make an appointment
Documents Required:	Depends on specific service being provided * Staff will inform clients of what documents are required
Language:	Arabic * English * French * Mandarin * Vietnamese * Interpreters are available in 26 other languages and multiple languages are available on call
