Note: Home educated students do not receive high school diplomas unless they enter the public school system and graduate with the required number of credits. The school board will determine each child's grade level if they return to/enter the public school system.

Eligibility:Parents who intend to home school their children must notify the Department of Education and Early Years before the school year starts
Fees:No fees if not using the provincial curriculum * Small fee per child if using the provincial curriculum
How to Access:Fill out the Home Education Notice of Intent application form (available online) for the upcoming school year and submit to the Department prior to the beginning of the school year
