Description:	Provides a scholarship to students living with type 1 diabetes as an additional financial support for their transition years while recognizing their achievements. Application opens in January and closes in March each year.
Eligibility:	Applicants must: - Be students in grade 12 living with type 1 diabetes - Plan to attend college or university in the following September - Have an official diagnosis of type 1 diabetes -Be receiving care for a minimum of 1 year at application deadline -Have a valid SIN See website for full detail (This page is updated in November for the following year's application)
