This can include: Helping with light chores or meal preparation A few hours respite for caregivers General company, listening and talking with the client Taking the client on outings Reading Meditation Music care Therapeutic touch Transportation to appointments Resources
Eligibility:	Open to those with a palliative diagnosis and their caregivers
Fees:	No fees
How to Access:	Self-referral through calling or emailing the local office, or referral from a health care team
Documents Required:	Verification of diagnosis through an assessment by Hospice PEI
Language:	English * Interpreters are available
